The current winning family for the Austin/San Antonio/hill country area in the National Charity Model Search is the Coward family!

As the current winner, the Cowards were invited to drive to Austin to pose for a photography conference that is currently touring the country. As models, they served as a teaching device for all budding and novice photographers in the room. As the winners, they will also be receiving all of the images taken last night free of charge.
We were thrilled to learn that one of our portraits was a winning image! And we were very excited for this opportunity for the Coward family. Congrats, guys!!!

Did you hear about our new gifts to you? Every image that you print from your session, you will receive as a FREE 5×7 (72dpi) watermarked digital file! You can use these to show off your family and kids through your cell phone, your digital frame, your personal website, Facebook, etc. And this is effective retroactively to January of this year. What a wonderful Halloween! How fun it was to spend the day visiting with everyone who stopped by and seeing all the kids in their costumes! Thanks to all who came by the studio for portraits. Just wanted to highlight a new 
background we created this month. Nathan and I purchased a bunch of decorative ceiling tiles and created a wall out of it. It’s going to be a great spot for beautiful children’s and even family portraits. It will especially look great with more formal clothing, and I can’t wait to use it for Easter!
The wall is constructed in the studio, so it can be used during any studio session, with a rug or on our stained concrete floor. So consider it when planning your next indoor portrait appointment.

Just wanted to highlight a new set we finished up last month. A client constructed a barn wall for us; I got it stained; then we added hay bales. It’s going to be a great spot for cowboy/cowgirl portraits. And it will be a great background for autumn portraits with pumpkins and fall leaves.
